• Account information — the account holder's name, email address and billing details.
• Child profile information — a first name or nickname, year group and avatar choice. We do not require a child's full name, address or photograph.
• Learning data — practice activity, answers, scores and progress used to power adaptive learning and reports.
• Technical data — device type, browser and anonymised usage analytics to keep the service reliable.

3. Children's data

Protecting children is our highest priority. Child accounts are created and controlled by an adult account holder. We minimise the data tied to a child, never show third-party advertising, and never sell or share children's personal data for marketing. There is no open chat or social feature within Learoni.

4. How we use information

• To deliver adaptive practice and personalise each child's learning path.
• To generate progress reports for the account holder and any tutor they choose to share with.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.

• To send service messages and, where consented, occasional product updates to the account holder.

We process personal data under the lawful bases of contract (to provide the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to improve and secure the platform), and consent (for optional marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time).

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, payment processing and cloud hosting), under strict contractual safeguards, and where required by law.
