Welcome to Learoni. By creating an account or using our platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Learoni you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are responsible for any child profiles you create and manage under your account.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Child profiles must be set up and supervised by the adult account holder.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where required.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with no payment card required. If you choose to subscribe at the end of the trial, your selected plan begins immediately. Trials are limited to one per household.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions — contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you must not:

• Share account access beyond the plan's permitted profiles.
• Copy, resell or redistribute our questions, content or materials.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Our content & intellectual property

All questions, lessons, designs, software and branding are owned by Learoni or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content solely for your family's or registered students' own learning.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Learoni available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or improvements, and occasionally features may change.

9. Limitation of liability

Learoni is a study aid and does not guarantee any particular exam result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify account holders by email or within the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
